We want to be a Home for Hope for everyone. We understand that it may have been a while since someone has been to church. So here are some answers as to what you might expect. 

We are Immanuel Baptist Church. God has given us the vision to be a Home for Hope for everyone in our community. Our doors are open to anyone who is seeking the life changing hope of Jesus Christ. 

The central theme in any worship service you will attend will be Jesus Christ. He is the object of our worship and the message that we preach.

Preaching - We will consistently preach the gospel message in our services. We teach the Bible clearly and faithfully, explaining what it means and how it applies to our lives.

Music - We have a united style of worship. Our worship includes both hymns and modern songs that are biblically grounded and centered on Christ.

Prayer - We will spend time in prayer in our services. We spend time thanking God for what He has done and asking God to work in our lives. 

Family Worship - We encourage families to worship together. Children are welcome in the service, with nursery options available if needed.

We come together on Sunday mornings at 11 a.m. for our corporate worship time. 

We are located at 1309 Old Charlotte Road Albemarle, NC 28001.
